Not to beat a subject to death, but... Many posts have dealt with why Paypal will not allow Canadians with USD bank accounts at Canadian banks to use these accounts to fund their USD paypal balances etc. The nearest answer came from Adrian, who said just simply that they "had" to convert. My question is who has to...other institutions that I deal with do not seem to have such restrictions, in fact would it not make things simpler...but maybe not as lucrative.
So is there a legitimate reason for this or is it just inadequate software or good old fashioned greed?
