HELP!! Money Lost?

today i tried buying vpn. My bank has sent the money but paypal said it failed. on my transfers list on my profile in paypal it says that the money was sent back, though i havent recieved it yet. How long will it take until i get back my money?

by the way, it said that is sent all the money back to my bank account, not my paypal balance.
