I'm unable to unable to link a placement credit card to Wallet. I had to cancel a Visa card due to suspected fraud. When I received my replacement I was unable to link the card. NOTE: I deleted previous Visa, checked address on linked card to my billing address numerous times (exactly the same.) I got on chat week and agent said she could see the attempts and told me to try again in 24 hours. After several days of trying, nothing works. "Unable to link at this time" or something like that. Any ideas?
