I've recently gotten a new card which I wanted to put into my PayPal to do buy stuff online. when i was putting my card in it said my PayPal was in another account. the card i had was new and i was the only one with it. i searched google and it said my billing address might be wrong but i check my address and it wasn't wrong. why is this happening and how do i fix it?
