forgot to remove card when i was closing my paypal account

i really forgot to remover my card when i was closing my paypal account.i know i cant reopen it.can i know is my card details are still safe plz help me.[sorry for my bad english]

Paypal would keep them safe BUT why not contact customer services and see if they will remove the card for you?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
