Withdraw money

I`m Sri Lankan. Can I link my bank account and withdraw money through it as normal or is few of features banned for Sri Lanka? I ccan`t edit my time zone and It set as pacific ime (GMT+8.00) , But it shoult be correct as GMT+5.30.???

Unless things have changed recently (as this link is not always correct) as far as I can see you can't receive or withdraw funds via a paypal account in your country.

You also can only add cards and not bank accounts.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
