Why does Paypal give the worst service on the face of the planet?

You can't call them, their bank verification system is broken, their "add a debt card system does not work, they don't send the 2 deposits they say they will, and they don't respond to messages. What is a person supposed to do? Just trying to GIVE them money but it seems I can't because they are just the most horrible to even contact a single human being.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

United States. But it seems like 8 days later they finally made not 2 deposits but 5 in my account. So it was a little tricky to know which ones to use for the 2 they wanted. But once this issue with them is fixed I'm shutting the account down simply based on their most horrible customer service.
