I've recently opened my bank account and once I recieved the card I wanted to link it to my existing Paypal. Ive already got some money on Paypal,and I keep getting my card declined. Any reaspons for this? My billing adress is correct.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
