Where is my withdrawn money, LOST?

I withdrew 431.45 USD to my US bank account on April 4th, the transaction showed as COMPLETED the same day, but till now no trace to my money, it's been a month waiting,

Paypal support responded to my messages to just wait, and they are not even able to provide me a proof of a successful transfer on their end, nor they are able to provide trace ID, are the money with Paypal or with the bank?
