I want to use prepaid cards with PayPal rather than using an actual credit card. First time trying to purchase, it asks to add a debit or credit card to complete the purchase. If I confirm by adding a credit card, will it make that purchase with the credit card? I might just add a credit card to PayPal so I can get the verification step finished. I also tried to add a prepaid visa card, and it keeps refreshing the page and keeps telling me to add it again. It might be a glitch, but I am not sure.
