[URGENT HELP NEEDED] Not able to link my Indian bank account for withdrawals!

Hello there,

 

Can someone please guide me as PayPal customer service is being unresponsive through the 'Contact Us' page. I have dropped upwards of 3-4 message requests and still haven't heard back.  I keep getting automated responses. Can't link Bank Account 

 

My problem is that I'm not able to link my Indian bank account. Every time I try it says "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later" or "Please check your information and try again."

There is no issue with my name as all the details match between the PayPal and bank account. 

 

My funds are stuck here and I really need to add my bank account for my daily needs. As a freelancer, I'm in a very inconvenient position.  I've been trying for the past month and I've had enough of this.
