Linking Bank Account to Paypal - I never get the code

I've tried severally to Link my Paypal account to my my bank account but I never get the code.
I have done this once successfully earlier this year but since I've been asked by Paypal recently to re-confirm my bank account link again, I no longer get the code from Paypal to use in the verification. Typically it's supposed to show up in my bank statement or bank account notifications. It doesn't

Any advice would be really helpful

I am sorry about your issue. If you still don't see the code, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
