I can no longer withdraw money to my US bank account

Hi, I can no longer withdraw money to my US bank account, every time I try to do that I get "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." with no further explanation.

 

I used to withdraw money to the same bank account just a couple days before, but starting from yesterday I can no longer do that, just like that, and I haven't received any email from PayPal or anything.

 

I have no idea what to do and what are the next steps that I could take to resolve this problem ?
