How to Link UAE Bank account / Debit Card with PayPal

I am a residence of Dubai, UAE. and i want to link my bank account / debit card with PayPal but there is no option for UAE Banks (EmiratesNBD Bank).

Please anyone can help me how to link UAE Bank account/debit card?

Here is the PayPal link with card linking details and account functionality.

I believe the only way to link a UAE bank account (for withdrawal only) is with a PayPal Business account—through Network International.
