Cyprus visa card

I want to add the Cyprus visa card and on the postal code it need 5 numbers and my postal code is 4 numbers how can i add the card?

If the system is requiring a 5 digit number this indicates that the country on the PayPal account isn't Cyprus. If the PayPal account was opened in a different location you wouldn't be able to use a Cyprus card.

So what i have to do to put the card ? And what you mean the PayPal account its open in an other country? I was in Greece and now I'm in Cyprus...

This would mean that you can't use the card on the PayPal account. When you open a PayPal account you must enter your current address and select the country. If you opened the account when you were in Greece but now you reside in Cyprus, you would need to close the PayPal account and create a new one to match your location of residence.
