Confirming Credit-Card with PayMaya

Hi, lately i was activating my card on my paymaya. And before i activate it, i go to my paypal account to activate it and when i was confirming it my money deducted a 100 pesos and it said it will refund after confirming the code. And when i confirm it, the refund wasn't there. It's been about 2 hours now. Please help me
