I want to delete a bank account on my paypal account but paypal won't let me. I have looked on the summary and it said all transactions are completed and three were "pre-approved payments" - does this mean money to be taken out? I have just cancelled my Netflix subscription. How do I delete everything? Can I? If so how do I do it?
