I am trying to link a Cypriot bank account to my newly created Paypal account for my nonprofit; however, when I enter the bank account number it simply says "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." I do not understand why this is not working since all the information I've found online says that I can connect a Cypriot bank account, so what am I doing wrong? The same page (link a bank account page) also gives a list of SEPA countries that you can link a bank account from and Cyprus is not listed, but it is listed as a country that you can link bank accounts from on other pages of Paypal. Please let me know if there is a solution as this is extremely urgent and I appreciate any help you can provide.
