when i try to add my new icici bank account to my paypal accout error message come that " Sorry, that bank is already linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts. "
(this is my new icici bank accout and i never used it iin any paypal accout)
what does it mean ?
it means i never use my icici bank account on paypal ?
