unable to link bank

I get an error that says that bank has been linked to the max number of PayPal accts. Its green dot bank. It let me link the prepaid Mastercard that is linked to this bank

In the lifetime of a bank account you can only link it 3 times to any paypal account.

So if you keep adding and removing you will soon run out of 'lives'.
