stuck "checking your info"

Making a purchase and paying with paypal is usually fast. Today its stuck on "checking your info". I want it to OK or reject the transaction not sit there for 15 minutes

Same here... I've been having this issue for like a month, I've tried changing my address, using another device and many other things but nope. It's still the same.

Hello,

I've got the same problem, but only in webbrowser on PC or mac, 

It does that whenever I want to pay anything from ebay, through paypal

on my phone I can easily pay.

i am having the very same problem i am just stuck i cant pay for my ebay items whats wrong ???? i tried on my mac on my windows pc and on all my androids all the same "checking your info"for hrs

I have the exact same problem too, on both web page and application platform. I can sign in to my PayPal on the official website just fine, but stuck during check out. I'm still waiting for a solution thought, unless Ebay intend to stop selling things.

I got today the same problem. During loging to Paypal account from eBay checkout its stuck on "checking your info" forever. I can log to Paypal directly on Paypal website but eBay checkout does not work. I would like to pay my order.

im stuck in the same issue  i try different browsers ...the app and different paypal accounts and ebay and nothing probably is a paypal internal issue
