I was entered the confirmation code incorrectly 5 times, please help me fix it.

If you entered a 4 digit code somehow incorrectly x5 times !! then you have blocked the card.

You need to contact customer services and see if they can link it for you, IF they can they may require you to upload a copy of your card statement to prove ownership as you couldn't manage the code system.
