"Let's confirm some info before you buy" Looping

Hello all,

I initially attempted to buy crypto on Thursday 05/13 and received the message I needed to confirm some info. I gave it my drivers license and other information and was told it would take a few days. Yesterday, Saturday 05/15 I received an email that my identity had been confirmed, so today I attempted to buy some crypto again, and received the message that I needed to confirm some info. However the prompt only has you agree to two statements and reloads the page, where it asks you to confirm some info again. I've tried closing and re-opening my browser and deleting cookies.

 

My browser is Firefox 78.9 ESR on OSX 10.13.6.

Hi.  I'm getting this on the latest Chrome and via the iOS app though it present as simply it's a not you it's us error.  Did you get resolution?
