my money is on hold

i sold an item on depop and the delivery has been confirmed by the buyer. it has been 2 days and my money still hasn't come off of hold. what do i do?

Im sorry you were not able to access the money right away. There are several reasons why money will be put on hold, please see below article.

You may want to check with the sender how it was sent, if it is as friends and family or goods and service. For goods and services kindly ask the sender to follow the steps on the link below.
