my card and bank # is linked all info is correct but when i get to the circular motion, icon where pay pal and bank is retrieving or interfacing, then the message your request can not be processed at this time, please try again later, same result after numerous times. what am i missing here
Considering Paypal is a very secure money spending, saving, sending, and receiving app, They probably declined it due to something being unsafe to your account. This happens to me too sometimes. I suggest you Email, Message, or Call paypal explaining your issue maybe even include proof they would be happy to help. I hope this was helpful ❤️
