link us bank account to my paypal

Hello, i just created my paypal account and link it to my visa card but when i try to link it to my bank account wich is in oman, paypal ask for routing number,i found that i need a us bank account.its possible to link my paypal to my virtual bank account ( payonner bank account ).or is there any other solution?

You can't add a local bank account in your country.
You can only add a linked card.

The only exception is U.S expats can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts (paypal is a U.S company so they allow their citizens to do this).
