it wont let me link my paypal account to a debit card or my bank

it wont let me link my paypal account to a debit card or my bank even though its been linked to that bank and debit card before. paypal has the worst automated software in history and they are too cheap to have employees availale so they use volunteers to help???????

i'm dealing with the exact same problem. i was able to link it once last night, but now i just can't, and it's so annoing, i hope they will fix it soon..

What was the specific error you guys are getting whenever you try to link the card or bank account?

Says some cards or banks dont accept instant transfers. Same bank as before. Just new card
