i can't link my card to any other paypal accounts

i have added my card on my account and then removed it to add it later on another account

after 1 week i have been trying to link it to another account but i still get the same problem

"This card is linked to another PayPal account"

i know i didn't add it to any other account so even if i had and forgot what is the solution ?

You are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you risk them both being limited.
Also it may be why it is still being recognised as being linked to another account.
