how to change visa link to my another paypal

i was have paypal account i link my visa in my old paypal but i forget email and password  so i need to link my visa to my new paypal account but says you have already linked in another account paypal you need to remove it then linked but i dont know what email my old account paypal Help

You are not allowed 2 paypal accounts of the same type, if you do then you risk being limited.

Your best bet is to contact customer services when they are up and running again OR try options below and see if they can help you access your old account via name / dob etc.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
