recently there was a message of success transaction by card using PayPal on 29/06/2018 and i just registered PayPal yesterday, when i tried to link my card, it say's my card is link to an account, how to remove it ??

If you have just linked it then why would you want to remove it?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
