i'm facing a problem and i dont know how to solve it. I recently completed a payment to buy an item through PayPal but eventually i had to return it back. Paypal sent me a message that i have a money return but my paypal balance is 0,00 euro. Why is this happening ? Is there something that i need to do to get my money back? Also i know that my money is not in my debit card either.
Kindly be a little patient, money will reflect in your account after a while. Should it fail to reflect you can email or call paypal customer service, they will resolve the issue immediately.
