Hello, @mdmilonhasan. I understand how it can be frustrating when financial information can't be added to a PayPal account. Usually that's due to the information being incorrect somehow. This seems to come up most often with IBAN numbers. PayPal recommends that you check with your bank to make sure the IBAN number you have is correct and complete. The problem with IBAN numbers most often is that there are digits missing.
