I tried to link my debit card with paypal. I was supposed to confirm the four-digit code to finalize the process. Unfortunately the first attempt was unsuccesful, because the code was incorrect. I requested second attempt and now I'm waiting for some confirmation.
The problem is tah I was charged twice from my bank - 2 Euros per attempt.
Would you tell me whether Paypal will refund the money for the extra attempt?
