I'm trying to confirm a card so I can send money without it taking an eternity to send but it won't even SEND a code to verify. Nothing. Even if I request a new one, nothing happens. This is a huge problem and I need it solved as soon as possible.
And no, looking around gave me no helpful answers at all. Last time I confirmed a card it showed up on the exact same statement I was checking for this one.
Have a similar problem . Can't accept or withdrawal any money from my PayPal account on top of other restrictions. It's a problem I'm sure their aware of and a problem that's been effecting me for the past month , So I'm waiting for this to get fixed so I can stop using this terrible "service" from PayPal.
