What's my routing number ? is it the swift code of my company bank account ?

I wanted to add my business bank details and I was asked for a routing number. Is it the bank swift code ?

i have created a new business account in gulf , when i about to update my bank details it ask for Routing number where my bank provide only swift code . Hence unable to add the bank

Through reading I knew that routing number is not the Swift code .. they're different. I'm in Kuwait and have a business PayPal account and still don't know how to solve the problem. I want to use PayPal as a payment method for my overseas clients

 I never expected this from Paypal , I am also in Kuwait only created Business Account and unable to use it for my client ,

I have also send msg to support , no reply yet . If I dint get any better solution need to check out no other options . My Payment invoice is also pending due  to this
