When I opened my account it was okay but when I try to link my debit card to my PayPal account it says declined and after I have to put some money into my bank account and when I try again to link my debit card into my PayPal is now saying that I have issues with my account I should contact them for help and I have send email to them but they don't want to help me link my debit card. Please I need your helps.
