Unable to attach Bank account to PayPal

Unable to attach Bank account to PayPal and given me below error. I am using Payoneer provided account detail.

Unfortunately Paypal does not support Payoneer, you can sometimes add an account but it won't work properly and Paypal advise against trying.

How I can withdraw my funds then. I have PayPal Busines account. Is there any possibility to withdraw funds to my attached card?

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't advise further at the moment.

I have Federal Community Saving Account with Routing ABA and Account detail but unable to add. I am also following the method available on internetbut still not wokring.

Paypal is not supported in Pakistan.

If you are trying to use another countries paypal account then its against paypal rules and won't work for you in your country.

Yes That I know. I have Payoneer Master Card attached in PayPal which is USD currency. Is there any way I can withdray fund to my Payoneer Master Card? or withdraw fund to some other debit card?

Paypal does not support payoneer so no.

Paypal is not available in Pakistan so you shouldn't be using an account anyway.
