Hi - I created a new bank account with an old bank account I've had for nearly 10 years and I've tried to connect it to my PayPal, but it fails every time. It says that Paypal is unable to process my request. Is it because my bank account is only one day old? Do I have to wait a specific period of time before I can add it?
I want to add this account because it is a USD savings account and I want to transfer some USD from my PayPal to this new account.
