I Have been trying to add U.S Bank account to my Paypal account 
But i have been recieving this annoying message .

-Note : My account was made in Country : Kuwait 
Any solutions please ?

Is it a U.S bank opened on U.S soil OR just a USD currency or virtual account like payoneer?

I've managed to get it fixed just now, apparently I was tying to link the bank account when I should've tried linking the card.
I have just linked the card and everything went through smoothly.
