Hello!
I am in process of setting up a PayPal Business Account. I have received two confirmation emails that my account has been successfully set up, however, I cannot access my funds via my linked card or bank account. If my account has been confirmed, why can't I access my funds? Thank you in advance for any guidance on this matter!

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

It's a European Business PayPal account. The linked debit card has been confirmed using the 4-digit code found in my bank statement. Now I am trying to transfer the funds in my PayPal balance to my linked and confirmed bank card but it won't allow me.
