Hi! I had opened a SBI savings bank account in , Andhra Pradesh, India and received a Classic Debit Card with VISA facility. I had hoped to use it for paying the GRE exam fees in the USA(international payment). However it is not being accepted by the Paypal account for linking. What is the error and solution? Thank you.
