Hello , im new to paypal, i wanted to verify my mastercard on paypal they said they will take 1.95$ & if i send the code they will refund it in 24 hours , i did that i entered the code but it said the code is incorrect , i tried to reactivate it again and again for like 5 times they took 10$ from my bank account & when i tried to remove the card & add it again it didnt work , can i possibly activate my bank account & recover all my money ? i have all the 5 codes sent to my phone
