Paypal not sending any small deposits to my bank account.

I've tried linking my bank account multiple times now and Paypal never sends any small deposits. I've waited multiple days after linking each time and nothing comes through. Am I missing something?

Edit: I also live in the Netherlands and I'm using ING, if that helps.
