I had £50 in my balance this morning due to selling items on ebay and depop.
I never use my Paypal to purchase anything. I signed up for a free trial for a streaming service ($14 after 30 day free trial) and cancelled immediately after realising it does not stream to the UK.
I now have -£30 in my Paypal, with no signs of any transactions.
