My money is on hold

Why is my money is still on hold but in the record i just need to wait 1 day to receive my money its already 2 daya from now but still i cant withdraw my money

Yes but i need that money for emergency matters thats why my friend send me that money but its on hold 😢😢

Sorry but nothing we can do about that is there, you can try emailing customer services but to be honest think you just have to wait it out.
