I tried purchasing a game key from an online store. After logging in to paypal, I went to confirm the purchase. I got an error "Payment declined error with payment processor" or something like that. I tried again, and was greeted with the same message. I went to paypal dashboard and saw nothing on it. I then checked my messages and saw that my card was charged twice (for both attempts). I then open paypal and see 2 notifications that I authorized, that have the same amount of money, and then a warning about "if your payment is voided" or something (and it is still not on my dashboard.) Then an hour later I try to open paypal and I cannot access my account until I reset the password. What the hell is going on? Why are the charges not on my statement and the only way to see them was a one time notification? Also, is the money just gone now?
