Money stuck, I can't add my bank account and im not getting responses from Customer Support :(

Hi Guys

Been trying to add our bank account so we ca get funds from the account but the site keeps giving us errors

I've tried this several times on different days. I've tried chatting with customer support several times. I'm not getting anywhere and it's so frustrating since we need our funds asap to pay salaries of our employees 😞
