I sold shoes on depop and printed the label through their app. I’ve put tracking info in and did all the proper steps, even talked to the buyer but she said it was taken out of her account. Where is my money. I changed the status more than a week ago, so many days have gone by and I still don’t have my money. It was supposed to be released a day after.
Everything taking a bit longer at the moment due to paypal having reduced staff to process payments / release of payments / refunds / withdrawals / disputes etc etc.
