Over the last couple of months I am facing a problem to withdrawal the balance in my PayPal account to my HSBC cards.
when I contacted my card issuer (HSBC-Egypt) I was told that they did not decline the transaction, that was repeated with both of my HSBC MasterCard Credit Card and HSBC Visa Debit Card.
So please clarify the real reason preventing this transaction from being achieved.
