I am trying to load my Vietnamese Bank Card but it says no accepted, what do i do

You can only withdraw to a local bank account.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

BECAUSE IN YOUR COUNTRY YOU CAN ONLY WITHDRAW TO A LOCAL BANK ACCOUNT.

You said you were trying to 'load ie withdraw to' a debit card, you said nothing about 'sending' a payment to south africa???
